It’s our mission to ensure you are always entirely satisfied with your purchase from The Pearl Company. We promise to always provide the correct jewelry at the quality and value you have selected.
Your pearl jewelry is designed to stand the test of time, and The Pearl Company is dedicated to ensuring you enjoy your purchase for many years to come.
In order to receive our lifetime guarantee, send your pearls back to us every twelve months for inspection. We’ll fix any problems we find at no cost to you.
Assuming regular inspection, we’ll cover your jewelry for the following:
- If your pearl is chipped, broken, or lost from its original setting during normal wear, we’ll replace it with a pearl of equal size, color, grade, and value.
- If your mounting is damaged, we will replace it at no cost to you.
- All purchases are eligible for free lifetime cleaning and inspections at any time
Please send in any damaged stones or mounts with documentation of your last inspection (within 12 months) for repair or full replacement. In order to keep your jewelry under warranty, it is essential that you send in your pearls every 12 months for inspection. If more than 12 months lapses between inspections, your jewelry will no longer be eligible for any of the above listed services and guarantees.

Shipping Time and Fees
Currently, The Pearl Company is only able to ship to addresses within the United States. To ensure safe delivery of your order, we do no ship to P.O. boxes, however we are happy to accept your P.O. Box address for billing.
Ground shipping within the United States takes 5-7 business days, and is complimentary with your purchase from The Pearl Company. Items ordered at the same time will not always be processed in the same shipment, and may be delivered at different times.
Next-day delivery can be arranged for $35 with a signature confirmation. Orders placed before 3PM EST Monday to Friday will be delivered on the next business day, including Saturday delivery when available. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide next day delivery on Sundays or holidays. Next-day delivery cannot be selected when ordering custom or engraved items.
To track your shipment, please take note of your ___(FedEX, UPS, etc.)___ tracking number on your order confirmation, and check the _____(FedEx, UPS)____ website here for more information about your shipping status.
When ordering custom pieces, please allow an extra 2-5 days for your order to process, at which time regular shipping schedules will take effect.
Articles are accepted for credit or exchange if returned in saleable condition within 30 days, accompanied by a sales receipt. Custom jewelry is considered final sale, and can be exchanged only for partial store credit. Please use the return shipping label provided with your original purchase to take advantage of easy, free returns.
